More than just an Assessment

Most people know The Predictive Index for their behavioral assessment, but that’s just the beginning. We set out to reframe the conversation by shifting from a product-focused explainer to a story about the full employee journey. The video opens with a universal pain point: hiring challenges that lead to stressed managers and disengaged teams. From there, we build curiosity around PI’s broader impact and how their approach to talent optimization helps leaders align people and strategy at every stage—not just during recruitment.

A new look for a legacy brand

Alongside the narrative, we helped evolve PI’s brand in motion. We introduced a serif typeface that reflects their deep history and expertise. Grainy gradients and tactile collage elements bring a more human, layered feel to the visuals. The system is thoughtful, flexible, and built to express the complexity of people and the workplace in a way that feels both grounded and fresh.
