Pilot combines software and human expertise to handle bookkeeping, tax, and financial strategy. But the real challenge wasn’t explaining the product—it was capturing how it feels to run a business when finances are unclear.
We built the campaign around that tension. Instead of focusing on features, we focused on outcomes: clarity, confidence, and having someone in your corner. Especially at a stage when the product was still evolving, the story centered on the people behind the platform and the trust they create.
Real employees, real expertise
Our approach featured multiple real Pilot employees with direct-to-camera performances. A green screen backdrop allowed us to create a dynamic set in post production, with sliding parallax motion in between scenes.
